Turnkey Website Internet Marketing

Buying a turnkey website is just your first step toward making money online. Your next step should be marketing the website online to receive visitors interested in the products or services you may be selling.

Here are a few steps in getting started with internet marketing of your turnkey website (or any website, for that matter!):

Once the website(s) have been transferred to you and you have made any necessary edits or changes, you will want to start getting backlinks to them. This will help get your site indexed quickly and start web traffic rolling.

You can either "buy" backlinks (be very careful), or create free Web 2.0 pages that link to your "money" sites -- the turnkey websites.

Here are 3 ways to create Web 2.0 pages or use Social Marketing that "talk" about your "money" turnkey website(s):

An additional way to get your site indexed and get some traffic (although very little conversion) is to join "Stumbleupon" and use their Web 2.0 Social site.

Here's a short lesson on using Stumbleupon -- this DOES Not encompasses the vast ways of using this Web 2.0 site though!

Register & download the tool bar. When you register, make sure you put ALOT of "interests" in your profile -- including the topics of your website(s).

Choose a good article or page in your "money" turnkey website and go to it, & click on the little thumbs up icon on the toolbar, then write a review of your page/website.

Then start stumbling other peoples pages -- click on the icon in the stumbleupon toolbar with the word "Stumble" beside it. A new website will come up. If you like it, click on the thumbs up icon, then click on the little "cloud" icon in the toolbar.

You can add a review if you like.

Here's the important step ...

Click on the persons link on the sidebar who "found" the website -- It will say "Meet XXXXXX" then some info about him/her. There should be a link to his/her "about" page. Once on their about page, ADD THEM AS A FRIEND.

Keep doing that -- stumbling and adding friends.

Once you start stumbling and adding friends, when you stumble your own pages, you should get traffic too.

You can also "bookmark" your site at various bookmarking sites. One way to get "bookmarks" on many sites quick & easy:

Fill in the information for your website in the form on the home page of Social Marker. Select 20 or so different socal bookmark sites in the list below the form. If this is your first visit, you will have to join each of the bookmarking sites. This can take some time, yet it is well worth it! (use the same login/pw and email for easy remembering).

Once you have decided on which bookmarking sites you wish to submit to, click the submit button. The social marker site will bring up the social bookmark site and you will have to login (or join first & login), then it will preload the data that is in the form you filled out.

Try to change the wording and tags slightly for each submission if possible, so it won't be the same exact words on each site. This helps with SEO. Or, change the URL & info completely going to another page within your "money turnkey website".

The social bookmarking sites you submit to will now have your page listed on their site and other people can click the keywords to see the listing of your webpage.

Don't Spam the services or you will get blocked. Also, it's a good idea to bookmark other people's sites too -- this will give you a good mix and won't look like you only bookmark your own sites.
